Many of my brides have commented at one time or another on how ironic it is that after months and months of careful, sometime grueling planning, the wedding day itself seems to go by in a flash. That as soon as the dress is on and it all sinks in, the next thing they know they are saying goodbye to their guests with their husbands (gasp!) by their sides. All of that seemingly endless design and organization, and the day itself is a whirlwind of activity. And it's true!! (Which is one of the reasons photographs are SO important).
Which is why one of my favorite times of a wedding day is the time...
It's October and the leaves are changing, the breeze is growing crisp and clean and my incredible mother has been putting this season's apples to good use (P.S. My mom makes the BEST apple pies. EVER.)
School has started up again which means it's that time...senior season has come to an end.
All the lovely young women I was lucky enough to work with this summer are back in school, applying for college, so excited to graduate and embrace the next stage of their lives. And let me tell you...these girls are going to take the world by storm.
I had such an amazing time working with my seniors...
